This weekend is jam packed with activity!  Highlights here...

Friday
First Friday in Ballston Spa, 6-9pm -  Lots going on downtown BSpa.  Check the calendar of events to find something interesting.... like fried ice cream at Loca Luna, live music at Coffee Planet, makeup and margarita's at Make Me Fabulous and lots more!  It's also the Ballston Spa Film Fest

Saturday
Big Latch On Event, Tiny Tot Tearoom 9am-1pm

Big Truck Day, Maple Avenue School 10am-2pm - Hosted by the Children's Museum at Saratoga, Big Truck Day is a family event for truck enthusiasts!  We went last year and my son loved being able to climb aboard buses, tractors, firetrucks, cement mixers, etc.  There were lots of kids were scared of the super loud horns though, so consider yourself warned!  Food and drinks are available for purchase.  Although they are offered, expect long lines for food, bouncy bounce, face painting and balloon animals.
Maple Ave Middle School, Saratoga Springs, 10 am to 2 pm, $5 per child, $1 per adult

Crafty Shoppers Marketplace, Malta Community Center from 10am-4pm - The Malta Community Center's annual summer craft event is this Saturday from 10am-4pm.  I hate that I have to even mention this, but I've heard of two purses being stolen out of cars in the past month.  Do not leave your purse in plain site in the parking lot.

Town of Milton Day, Burgess-Kimball Memorial Park from 12pm-4pm  The park is located on Rowland Street near the intersection of Geyser Road.  Expect food, music, pony rides, bouncy bounce and more.  Noon until 4pm.

Sunday
Turning Point Parade and festival in Schuylerville, 1pm -  This weekend in Schuylerville is the 17th annual Turning Point Parade and festival.  Apparently this parade is pretty impressive (think 15 marching bands!) and is one of the largest in Upstate NY.  The festival starts at 1pm on Saturday and continues after the parade ending on Sunday with fireworks.  Go on Sunday to catch the parade and festival!  BTW, The Saratoga Battle Monument and the Schuyler House, part of Saratoga National Historical Park, will be open all weekend. They are both near the end of the parade route.
